Grow Business Profits Through Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching is celebrated all too often in sport, but rarely in business. When Tiger Woods made it to the top of the golfing hierarchy, was he alone? When Bobby Moore lifted the World Cup in 1966, had he led the England team to victory by himself? The answer, of course is ‘no’. Male and female athletes get the right level of support and help from the world's greatest coaches. Leadership coaching is essential in business as well as sport. Coaches know the sport they work in inside out, they have usually played and worked within the environment for many years and they understand the formula: If you put in X, you will come out with Y.
For leaders within business the process is the same, and leadership coaching has the power to coax the best out of individuals performing in competitive business environments.
Getting involved in leadership coaching is not admitting defeat, or showing a weakness of any kind, it is merely illustrating the fact that no great leaders have achieved greatness on their own. It is critical that a team of supporters and advisers are on hand to propel leaders forward, coach them and identify weaknesses and strengths – with the ultimate aim of making them far more effective and successful.
It is important to remember that leadership coaching can take many different guises, and it doesn’t have to be the same as in sport – with a coach running up and down an office barking orders and blowing a whistle. Leadership coaching can entail having an experienced leader occasionally observing another leader’s approach to work, and offering feedback on that observation.
To separate a ‘leader’ from just any old leader, there needs to be a combined effort, an entourage of experience and skills pushing forward and developing leadership skills. Working with a leadership coaching expert can offer an individual the opportunity to ask questions about his or her leadership style in confidence, and have the chance to work on the areas of their approach to leading that are holding them back.
Good leadership coaches will create an alliance with the success-hungry leader and build a good, effective and trusting relationship, and once this has been built, the leader has a platform on which to grow and move out of the leadership ‘mediocrity’ crowd, and into the leadership ‘stand out’ elite.
How valuable would it be for a leader of a business to be able to, each time he or she arrives at a decision crossroads, say ‘stop’, and ask someone with more experience for some advice? Huge amount of value. Finding the barriers that are stopping leaders from going on to being 'great' leaders, is what leadership coaching is all about.

How do I connect PS3 to TV using COAX?
I am on vacation and I brought my PS3 to the house I'm staying at only problem is that they're TV's power card shorted out and they have an old small TV in here for a temporary replacement. There is no female AV component jacks in the TV. Al there is, is COAX (Cable Port) so I was wondering if it was possible to buy a somewhat cheap adapter for female AV Component to COAX Male or some strange conversion of wires that would allow me to reach my goal all in a fairly low budget.
